Raw milk
http://www.hookandson.co.uk/
Unpasturised and unhomoginised! I've found that my local supermarket sells unhomoginised milk, but not unpasturised (as it's against the law). Only farms can sell unpasturised milk. Milk which as been unpasturised contains so many nutrients that are destroyed as part of the pasturisation process. I'm very tempted... it's a little expensive, but damn if it's not delicious! (I get raw milk whenever I go to France and stay with family in the countryside).

I've never had raw milk before. Which supermarché sells non-homogenated milk then?

Brilliant, looking at making a few cheeses when I move. Raw milk is ideal as I understand it.

Yup raw milk is perfect for it. But also it's just the flabvour and nutritional properties that are second to none.
Jon, supermarkets by law cannot sell unpasturised, but they can sell unhomoginised. Sainsbury's sell Jersey unhomoginised milk - it's not a sainsbury's brand, I think it's just called Jersey Gold Top.

Gold top milk is the most amazing stuff ever. If this 'raw milk' is better than that I must locate some at some point
