Default DIY Sous Vide!

http://www.seriouseats.com/2010/04/c...vide-hack.html

I'm doing this, i've wanted to cook a few cuts sous vide before just to see what the fuss is about but not happy about spending hundreds of £££'s on cross between a kettle and deep fat fryer... And in coming years i imagine these will be going for £30 like the deep fat fryers you see in tesco But for now i'm off to but a cooler And maybe even a vacuum sealer because they actually don't cost all that much

That's really cool

I might give this a go since the cold box is basically sat in the cupboard collecting dust most of the year.
