Making things look easy...
So last weekend there was a concerted decision between me and Mrs Dym regarding one of our favourite things....
Since then I have been irritable, distracted, confused (doesn't take much!) and finally pretty pleased with myself...  That's right, my new iPhone is documenting how well I am doing with my new task of not being a smoker  It's been a difficult week but I am now completely on top of this new situation! The fact that I have bribed myself (quite expertly, I thought) with an iPhone 4 to not be a smoker was an act of pure genius (it's pretty, fun, and occupies my hands...)

Well there you are. Will have to remember that particular tactic for the future (not for me because I don't), but for others.
