360 : Gears of War 3

Not sure how many 360 gamers we have left on here now

But anyone else getting Gears 3?

Planning on throwing myself more into the MP than with previous Gears games (although I have fond memories of BD Gears 2 nights

) so wondered if anyone else was keen.

Gears 3 is out 20th September

Batman is 21st October.

I doubt it. Never really got into the first, bought the second cheap & didn't play it much.

This one falls too close to BF3 and Batman for me. Maybe some time in future. :/

I just looked at what they are charging for both batman and gears pre-order

Cheapest I've seen is £35 for each for standard editions

Spent quite a lot of my spare time this week playing Gears 2 MP while there's been 25xp on everything

Annoyingly I'm in London for work Thursday and Friday next week but should get some time in with Gears 3 Tuesday and Wednesday if anyone's about!

I would, but I can't afford it, maybe get it for my birthday or Christmas. Can't really remember much of the story though, so will have to replay the first two before hand.
