Quick favour - friend is doing an Masters and sent out this email - if you can help him, please spare a minute, he's a lovely bloke

Done! The question about using your loyalty card to pay into your account confused me though. There was no option for 'I'm confused' so chose 'no thanks'.

Done, but some of the questions were a bit restrictive, so I wasn't able to accurately reply. For example "do you use comparisson websites" wit the option of "always" or "never".

Well, I do sometimes, but sometimes I don't bother. It depends what I'm buying. Now his results will show that I "never" use such sites, when, in reality, I sometimes do... just not always.

Agreed - I'll use them for some products, but for food shopping generally not.
