I either have to leave the room or not speak while it's on....
My sister is such a TV Nazi (So I'm gonna cook and talk all the way through Eastenders to get on her nerves )

How weird and yet familiar is this? The opening was excellent. Its interesting how some people have changed, as you'd expect. Its like Milly + Anna are being played by their older sisters. Its so weird.

I thought it was great. It was like meeting up with old friends and having a laugh. I think it captured what the original show was about too, for me. Life is just a crazy ass mess and none of us know wtf is going on, but we'll generally be ok. It makes me think that its ok to be screwed up.

Me too.. I missed the shaking hand held camera style.. The series was known for it's shock factor at the time but by todays standards it now pretty lame. My wife and I used to say "Is shagging on tonight" Mind you, content on the TV over the last ten years leaves nothing left to shock really. Look at Hollyoaks for example, I'm shocked that my kids watch this and it doesn't seem much different to what "This Life" was ten years ago apart from the odd bopping bare bum. I still love Milly though

You didn't miss much.. I used to nink-name this "shagging" but it was far from that. Not a bare bottom in sight.. Hollyoaks is more obscene than last nights episode..
.. and what's with the still camera??? Ferdy.. wasn't he killed in real life??? btw he couldn't ride a motorbike lol
