Erm, woot \o/ Only played the first one but loved it. It's been a Sony exclusive up until now hasn't it?

Aye, was a Sony exclusive, and DMC3 kicked all kinds of ass. Yet another exclusive lost for Sony, I wonder how long it will be before we see an announcement saying one of their two major exclusives left (Gran Turismo, and Metal Gear Solid) will be coming to the 360. They've lost almost everything else, I see no reason why they'd get to keep them (they may keep GT as Forza 2 has the potential to beat it anyway).

Polyphony who make GT are part of SCE so that will always be a Sony exclusive.
Never played a DMC game, cant say its something I have ever been interested in but will be good to give it a go.

*ahem*Final Fantasy*ahem*
I've already read rumours of MGS coming to 360, though probably not at launch. I'd still be surprised if that were actually true though.

We've had Final Fantasy games on the 360 already which is why it slipped my mind
I also remember Sony saying that MGS would always be a Sony exclusive then watching about a year later when MGS2 was released on the Xbox, so anything is possible there.

Its great news. For me the PS3 only really had MGS4 and DMC4 as a reason to buy it. GT5 will by all accounts be GT1 with nicer gfx and it won't be out for at least 3 or 4 years I felt the franchise has become really really stale over the past few games. The AI was rubbish and so on. MGS2 was on the Xbox, and Hideo Kojima has already said he quite likes the 360 and feels its just as good as the PS3. I wouldn't be surprised if MGS4 came to the 360 6 months or a year after.

The FF franchise is the only reason why I'd get a PS2 or PS3 now. After MGS1, it was never quite the same, and not overly bothered about Gran Turismo. I've never actually played a DMC game so don't know about that.
