Internet speeds
I'd be interested to know what kind of speeds people are getting against their quoted speeds.
Here's mine That's 10Mb Virgin Media XL, using the London node to test http://www.speedtest.net/ MB |

This is our backup SDSL line as our main line is a bit **** at the moment. Good latency though This is just our standard ADSL Line That's our POS line - which is getting replaced by an NTL fibre soon!

*whistles* Okay, so that was from work. I can get quicker too from the data centre suite, here in the head office I'm stuck on our shared line to the DC. Oh and to London:

That's on Plusnet, on their "Up to 8MB" package. I generally get faster speeds later on at night (around 5500kb/s), but the upload and latency generally remain the same.

Looking forward to our 4mb fibre we're getting - still not going to be able to get one up from Jarp on the upload, however the latency will be very similar.
