Quote:
After an accident in the mysterious lab of maniacal scientist Dr. Simon Barsinister (PETER DINKLAGE), an ordinary beagle unexpectedly finds himself with unimaginable powers and the ability to speak. Armed with a fetching superhero costume, UNDERDOG (voiced by comedian JASON LEE) vows to protect the beleaguered citizens of Capitol City and, in particular, one beautiful spaniel named Polly Purebread (voiced by Academy Award® nominee AMY ADAMS). When a sinister plot by Barsinister and his overgrown henchman Cad (PATRICK WARBURTON) threatens to destroy Capitol City only UNDERDOG can save the day. -- © Disney

Underdog will rock, FACT!

However if I couldn't see another movie all year I'd wait for December.

Yes they gave it a stupid name so it made sense to Americans but I don't care

God, I hope Iorek Byrnison actually looks like that! And the cast is very well chosen with Daniel Craig as Asriel and Nicole Kidman as Mrs Coulter, it looks like they are keeping the overall Britshness of the novel

If Jason Lee's doing the voice it might even be worth a look! I still think he should have been first choice for Fletch in the new Fletch movie.

Wow, Sam Elliot is perfect for Lee Scoresby

Just like I pictured in my head, this is going to rock! I personally much prefer HDM to Harry Potter by a country mile, I saw the stage show at the National and that was excellent if the films are half as good (and they have a lot of potential to do the deamons and the bears well with SFx) then this will be why I buy a HiDef DVD player for home

If you haven't read them then I highly recomend them!

The character Lee Scoresby is a wilde west style cowboy who provides transport to Lyra on her journey
