Spotted earlier today whilst out shopping

Is it me or is there something just slightly wrong about the title of this book?

I'm sure its probably a good book and the authors had good intentions at heart, but surely someone some where along the line must have looked at the title and thought "isn't that a trifle insensitive?!?!"
