Best solidstate MP3 player with FM radio?
Anyone got any ideas?
I want to get one for Aitch, it needs to be small but have a decent battery life and an FM radio so she can listen to Radio 4 on the train. MB |

Had a play witha 4gb Zen Plus the other day as a director needed it installing on his machine and that would fit the bill for you.

Not a particularly well-known company ouside Germany. I have a different model from the same series. MP3-wise it's pretty good. FM-wise not quite so good as like all other similarly sized devices it relies on the headphone cable as an antenna, but it was good enough for me to use at RIAT. Don't forget to add on shipping costs when ordering though as chances are it'll come from Germany. |

I'm with Leo, Zen+ i have a plain Zen and i love it to bits. Couldn't recommend it more for being easy to use and its small but not so tiny it gets lost.

Seen those somewhere else. Very nice. New design too so certainly trendy.
The question has to be asked though - which colour did you get? |

Was going to recommend the Cowon iAudio D2.
Superb player. 2 or 4gb with SD slot for up to another 4gb. Not tried the creative though. Simon/~Flibster

Arived this morning after only being ordered at 6pm last night I thought that was pretty good going so thumbs up to Amazon for that one.
Having played with it a little bit is seems like a really good basic little device. It plugs in and you can drag and drop, it also has an FM radio which works well and the OLED display is really nifty. If you don't need the colour display of the Zen V then its ideal and less than £50 delivered MB |

OLED = low power = longer battery life. Sounds like a good choice to me.
