ECS sales in the UK

so i have a gubbed ECS laptop (techinically an Evesham but rebranded ECS) and the LCD cable is causing issues... so i need to replace it.

the evesham staff that i've spoken to have be useless with a contact for ECS. their solution is to send it back to them for their "engineers" to look at and find out the issue THEN bill me for parts, which i'm not willing to do.

so, i need a phone number or email address or webform to email someone in their sales team to ask for this smallest of parts which has rendered my system completly unuseable.

their UK site is www.ecs.uk.com but i cant find any contact details anywhere on it.

anyone shed any light?
