i just don't get why this is funny...
i only watched about a minute into it, so was it the end? did i miss the good bits?

is it because he is a ventriloquists dummy? i mean, they've been popular FOREVER!
is it because terrorism needs to be made light of? (by americans, especially... we don't want anyone to think it's still a serious issue)
or is it because it's a bit racist, but it's ok to laugh at it - as it's part of a comedy act?

i'd say i have a pretty open sense of humor - but i really didn't get it!
oh well. not every you tube video link can be a winner!

I think Garp has it right - its because it is wrong that it is amusing - the monty python "tribute" was nicely slipped in

Humour is individual to every person - there are some "comedians" who I just don't find funny at all yet I've watched friends crying in laughter at them

oh - i know that everyone has different tastes, and i do understand the concept that 'i shouldn't be laughing - but i can't help it'! this video has been sent to me by a few people who have been in stitches over it!

it just wasn't funny to me - and i think comedy like this is a bit insensitive and could be completely misinterpreted as very racist and insulting to a number of people.
it wasn't just a mic take on 'terrorism', it seemed to be mostly a mic take on the middle eastern accent
(but like i say, i didn't watch all the way to the end)
