Crimson Room - have you escaped recently?

Weirdly I came across this puzzle again and hadn't done it in a while and thought I would have a bash... it took me AGES!!!

I was actually google image searching 'blue' (as in the colour - don't ask me why when I have Photoshop with a palette full of blues to chose from :/) when I re-discovered it.

Have a go if you are bored, but if you do - be warned - it will **** you off!

Code doesn't work :/

Have completed all of them before, was set for less than 5 minutes in escaping the crimson room until the damn code for the safe didn't work...
