How do you take yours?
Milk that is..
I've been drinking my coffee with Soya Milk lately as I have to keep an eye on my Cholesterol. It's actually not to bad but how do they make Soya milk? Do they force cows to eat loads of soya beans as I've not seen any beans actually lactating recently. Tea though has to be semi-skimmed and breakfast cereal with skimmed.

Semi-skimmed on everything. Skimmed tastes too much like water and I can handle full fat if I have to.

Soya milk? Tree-hugging, soap-dodging, dog-on-a-string drink.
Give me freshly squeezed cow juice (semi skimmed) in and on everything. And battery eggs (they're cheaper)

I use semi-skimmed for almost everything. It's like the whole Goldilocks porridge thing; skimmed is too watery, full fat is too creamy, semi-skimmed is just right. I'll use the creamy stuff in coffee though, or in other things where you'd normally use cream.
Edit: I'm not adverse to dog's milk though. Full of goodness. Full of marrowbone jelly.

Semi here - not that keen on full fat but my nan use to get bottles of it and I did use to steal the creamy bit off the top

We were having a discussion about soya beans last week at work. I didn't previously know this, but thank to the Americans, soya is one of the major reasons why the rain forests are disappearing. It's hugely water-hungry too, meaning that it decimates land without putting anything back in. If you want to read more, check out this link: http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/ For example; Quote:

About the only time I have milk is on my Rice Krispies and I use semi skimmed for that. Coffee is always black.
