By all accounts, Scan has got rave reviews for customer service etc so if I was shopping for computer bits I'd probably check them out and if the prices were similar I'd go with them to see for myself, at least.
That said, most of the PC bits I've bought over the last couple of years have been 2nd hand from OCUK For Sale, which is a great source for 2nd hand cheap bits I've found

Dabs as I use them for work and can normally swing a favour from the account manager
If I need something in a hurry, I'll drive down to Novatech. |

Ebuyer but some of their own brand stuff can be a bit poor quality. Always found them to be a few quid cheaper for day to day stuff though. Anything ultra high performance I get from OcUK but cross ref the prices with Ebuyer first.

Same as Johnny, tend to use ebuyer myself, especially when I'm in no rush for stuff and just put it on the super saver free delivery. Plus Saturday delivery is only £10

As i said, check out Nova tech, free delivery. They send my full systems with no postage costs.
My new Cosmos RC1100 was only £141 (no P&P charged) whereas scan was £152 plus £10 P&P and OCUk was £159 plus P&P

Scan for me mostly. I do use Dabs, Ebuyer and Overclockers as price check sites mind.

Whoever is cheapest at the time. Mostly Ebuyer but occasionally Scan, Komplett or OcUK.
