Talking King Prawn Cheesey thing... that's gorgeous... and fattening :)

I love this. My friend did it for me aggggges ago and it's always been one of my once every few months meals which I crave.

So simple and yet so yummy

Ingredients:

King Prawns (500g? I guess? I dunno I don't really weigh these things!)
1 Red Onion Sliced
1 Garlic glove crushed and diced
1 Hunk a Chunk of stilton (I have... about £1.60's worth... God knows how much it weighs!)
Some Coriander (a handful?) Chopped
Creme Fraiche (guess what... I don't know how much of the stuff... enough to make it saucy!)
Noodles/Rice
Naan Bread

All you need top do is stir fry some onions and garlic til they're nice and soft chuck in your prawns and cook em through. Throw in the creme fraiche and crumbled up stilton. Leave it to heat through and bubble, mix in coriander, serve with naan and noodles.

Nom.

Perfeck. Simple. Fattening. Great.

*edit* if you don't like stilton use another cheese! Picky doesn't like it though... and he loves this... the cooking and combo takes the "Naahhhgah" taste off!
