At 2:40am this morning a very close friend and extremely well respected woman, Shelia, passed away from cancer.

Make sure you tell those around you that you care, especially today in her memory. We all rush though our lives and can sometimes forget to say the things we think.

Sorry to hear that Tak. I've lost several family members to cancer. She has no pain anymore.
