Spinning
The best CV workout I've ever done!
They say ladies don't sweat and glow instead. In that case I was glowing all over the place during my exam yesterday! I'll definitely be taking this up even if I don't teach it. Anything that makes you sweat like that has to be good for you! EDIT: Soinning? WTF is soinning? - lots of love, Sausage Fingers

I think it started at my bottom and descended to mainly my thighs and legs...
You know when they go 'half a turn up, half a turn down' OMG I couldn't do it on the easiest setting. If you ever feel like you need to sweat - do a soinning class BB x |

Why can't they just have comfortable seats? I'd put more effort in if my arse was more comfy! I haven't got any muscle soreness just a bruised bottom!

Soinning is close to soiled and as sweat is excretement anyway... so almost quite apt!!!

It is not just an exercise bike Mr Feekles!!!
It is a metal monster!!! They take the form of classes... so 30/45/60mins etc and you cycle.... continuously... they are special bikes which you can change the resistance as and when instructed by the instructor. You have a series of music tracks to work out to - first is warm up and then 6 or 7 more (you are still cycling constantly) Each track you do a different exercise or resistance, standing up, sitting down... all alternating... Its bloody hard work!! I think I am right, but sexy fitness lady will prob know more BB x |
