I've played every single game from the original through to generals and now up to Kanes Wrath, I was looking for a good torrent for the Red Alert 3 Beta but couldn't find anything decent, if you find a good one PM me. |

'For King and Country!'
/yoink! Never very good at these games though Easy mode, build as many tanks as possible (until 5 - 10fps) and then get rolling :>

I wish just once I could figure out how to make an ISO CD. I've never been able to do it right. It seems all the programs that enable you to do it assume you already know how. I haven't got the foggiest. So I'm sitting here with both discs downloaded, but am unable to play them because nobody's made a "how to make ISO for dummies" step by step instruction book. I mean, you look at the XP install instructions :
Click the Start button on the Windows Taskbar. Select My Computer. Right-click the CD-ROM Drive with the game in it and select Explore. Double-click the Setup95 folder. Right-click the install.exe file and select Send to.... Select Desktop from the drop-down menu. (This will create a shortcut on the Desktop.) Right-click the shortcut and select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box. Select Windows 95 in the drop-down window below. Click Apply, then OK. Double-click the shortcut to install the game. THAT'S how an instruction manual SHOULD be written!! Not like the one that came with magicdisc. It's utterly useless to someone like me. Ah well, guess no Red Alert for me, and these 4 discs I wasted trying to do it right are just trash...

Heh, of course not. I haven't even tried since I last posted. Got MSN?
If I don't respond right away it's because I'm outside polluting my lungs.
